The Yuen Long Church Plant is one of the ways that The Vine Church is fulfilling its River Model Vision which has at its root a passion for spreading the gospel across our city. The Yuen Long Church Plant will be the first of a church planting movement of intentionally smaller community-centered churches where we can serve a local community with the good news of Jesus, his justice, and love because we have hope for the future of Hong Kong. So, when many industries are pulling out of HK, we are investing in the city.
Tim Buechsel ,Church Plant Lead Pastor, provides leadership for the English service. Pastor Ivan Lam will head up the Cantonese service of the Church Plant and provide leadership, and spiritual discipleship to our Cantonese congregation as the two of them build the Yuen Long Church together.
Sunday Service
We come together for fellowship and live worship on Sundays. Our gathering center on the presence of God and the teaching of His word. During the soft launch, the Sunday sermon is streamed from Wan Chai. Children join the worship before they are dismissed to our Kids for Christ service for children ages 12 and below.
We look forward to completing our venue's renovation and our church's public launch. At the time of the public launch, we will have live preaching. In the meantime, we believe God has us at EIS-Preschool to grow together as a church family.
